There are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and two living  spaces - each with a sofa sleeper - to accommodate 8 guests.  A new  tankless hot water heater ensures a hot shower for everyone.  The whole  group will enjoy off-street parking in the large driveway and easy  access to everything from this centrally located, spacious home.

 The Blue Door Bungalow is a renovated 1930s home in downtown Jeffersonville with modern updates and vintage charm. This home features an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area with coffered ceilings, sleek light fixtures, and original exposed brick. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed. The main bedroom boasts a dedicated workspace and en suite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and soaking tub. A second bathroom and laundry room off the main hall round out the space.

Though the Jeffersonville houses are located in Indiana, they are in very close proximity to Louisville, Kentucky.  Three bridges, all within one mile of the house, connect the two cities across the Ohio river.  One of those bridges, the Big Four Bridge, is a pedestrian and cycling bridge.  Guests can walk, run, or bike from one state to the other.  The Clark Memorial Bridge connects to Second Street in downtown Louisville and offers a convenient route to the KFC Yum Center, Whiskey Row, museums, and other downtown attractions.  For guests who plan to explore other areas of the city such as Churchill Downs for the Kentucky Derby, the I-65 bridge is a good option.
